Our Team

MVP sees itself not just as investor. We also accompany our portfolio companies through all development stages using our industry and sector expertise and entrepreneurial experience.

The members of our team complement each other perfectly. Each member has gathered a wealth of experience in senior management and in the venture capital environment over the years.

Our team members’ technical expertise covers information and communications technology, physics, semiconductor electronics, power engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry and finance.

Beatrice Böhm

Beatrice Böhm joined the MVP-team as a business analyst in 2017. She is working on the screening of potential investments, conduction of in-depth sector and trend analysis, financial modelling and due diligence processes. Additionally, Beatrice Böhm is an observer in the board of GreenCom Networks and is responsible for the ESG-Reporting of the MVP-Fund.

Prior to MVP, Beatrice Böhm worked at UnternehmerTUM, a Munich-based Entrepreneurship Center, where she was responsible for the financials of an UnternehmerTUM subsidiary, including the startup accelerator TechFounders. In addition to that, she prepared annual statements, performed company valuations, and worked on VC related topics for the UnternehmerTUM Venture Capital Fund.

Beatrice Böhm has an educational background in Business Administration and Law, holding a B.Sc. and an LL.M. Eur. from the LMU Munich. During her studies she was awarded a scholarship in the Entrepreneurship Program Manage&More and gained consulting experience in the automotive and retail industry.
