Our Team

The members of our team complement each other perfectly. Each member has gathered a wealth of experience in senior management and in the venture capital environment over the years.

Dr. Walter Grassl

Walter Grassl was a partner with Carmel Ventures, a leading international venture capital fund specializing in software investments in the USA, Israel and Europe. He built up Carmel’s European activities and was responsible for managing its Munich office.

Prior to that, Walter Grassl was Director of Corporate Strategy and member of the management team at Siemens IT Services, a $2.5 billion subsidiary of Siemens AG, which provides IT service solutions to global Fortune 100 companies.

Walter Grassl has over 20 years of industry and management experience in the fields of software, hardware, IT services as well as in venture capital. He holds a PhD in Information Technology and a Master in Management of Technology from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Walter Grassl was awarded the 1987 Wacker Research Prize for his work into integrity constraints in relational databases.

Walter Grassl represents MVP in the Advisory Boards of asgoodasnew, GreenCom Networks and Fahrenheit. He was also a member of the Advisory Board of relayr.
